Does applying reserve or activate a seat?
No. Staff review every application and grant beta access only to selected clients. This form records your application; it does not activate or bill a Truss seat.
What will you ask for in the initial application?
Your name, work email and business type are required. Company, expected seats and approximate monthly plan volume help us understand your team. This form does not request drawings, project files or payment details.
Is this an engineering or design service?
No. LJAI provides preliminary estimating and document review assistance. Final design, engineering, plates, seals and structural decisions remain with the licensed truss designer / engineer. Findings and quantities require professional review.
Is the full Truss product available to everyone?
No. Truss remains a controlled-release product. The beta is limited to selected clients during November 1–December 31, 2026. Cloud Connect activation remains gated; a beta application does not unlock it.
Where can we review Base and Pro pricing?
Base and Pro subscription prices are listed on our pricing page. Truss seats are separate from framing subscriptions. Applying does not start a subscription, initiate billing or guarantee access.
