If a takeoff is incomplete, contact support and we will return the credit it consumed. Framing subscriptions do not include Truss Partner seats or partner entitlements; optional Truss Audits are purchased separately.

Truss Pro with Cloud Connect — $299/month organization upgrade. Truss Partner Pro must be purchased first. Includes setup with either a LumberJack-supported Drive/folder structure or your IT-managed Drive, plus 30 successfully completed autonomous plans each month. Promotional usage pricing: one $50 charge only after each full additional block of 10 plans. Usage is counted and never blocked. Incomplete blocks are recorded but not charged. Duplicate uploads, retries, failed jobs and supplier documents tied to the same source-plan revision are not billed again; a materially revised source plan counts as a new plan.
