Log inApply for Beta AccessCloud Connect is being prepared as a controlled Truss Partner workflow. The implemented Google Drive intake can watch an approved company folder, retain immutable source revisions, organize files by an exact job folder, and queue source-plan preflight. Automatic Audit, Revision Audit, and Quote Review routing remains a release gate.
Cloud Connect is gated with Truss Pro until controlled release. Human approval remains required. Truss Beta: Limited Spots. November 1–December 31, 2026. We review every application and grant beta access to select clients. Applying does not guarantee access or activate a Truss seat.
Cloud Connect is not just storage access. It removes the repeated steps between “a file arrived” and “my estimator knows what deserves attention.”
Your team does not need to download, rename and re-upload every source package before LJAI can begin.
When a revised set lands, the workflow can route it against the existing project so changed roof, attic or bearing areas are surfaced faster.
The package can be organized and reviewed before the estimator starts, turning first-touch time into decision time.
Every autonomous run follows the same evidence-first workflow and prepares the same kind of review package for your team.
The intake foundation is implemented. The three automatic review routes below remain gated until production-equivalent evidence proves them.
Placement diagrams and sealed designs can be reconciled mark for mark when supplied to Package Review. Cloud Connect does not yet launch that comparison automatically.
The comparison endpoint reports stated document and design-criteria differences as questions. A sheet-referenced geometry change map and affected-truss list are not yet implemented.
Sealed design quantities can be read automatically. Quote quantities can be reconciled only after calibrated import or human entry; automatic truss-quote PDF parsing is not shipped.
Cloud Connect is designed around a company-chosen intake folder and auditable handoff rather than replacing your internal controls.
Your organization chooses the Google Drive location used for the workflow.
Google asks your organization to grant Google Drive access so LJAI can read your intake folder and write results back. LJAI processes only files inside the folders you register and ignores everything else; disconnecting revokes the grant and deletes the stored token.
Source timing and review handoff remain traceable so your team can see what entered the workflow and what was produced.
Automation prepares the review. It does not approve engineering, alter a sealed design or replace the licensed designer.
Requires Truss Partner Pro first. Includes 30 successfully completed autonomous plans per month. Promotional usage pricing adds one $50 charge only after each complete additional block of 10 successful plans. Duplicates, retries, failed jobs and same-revision supplier documents are not intended to create extra completed-plan charges.
Pricing shown for planning; Cloud Connect remains gated until controlled release.
Truss Pro gives you the review engine. Cloud Connect turns it into an autonomous company workflow.
